Dolfyn Villas – Horizon Residence

Your exclusive coastal residence

Wake to sweeping Indian Ocean views at Horizon Residence, an exclusive four-bedroom villa in Herolds Bay. Contemporary architecture, warm natural finishes and expansive glass doors create a beautiful setting for an unhurried coastal escape.

Exposed concrete, timber, soft neutral furnishings and touches of terracotta give the interiors a relaxed elegance. Private terraces make room for quiet mornings and long coastal afternoons.

Four en-suite bedrooms · up to eight guests

Four en-suite bedrooms provide space for up to eight guests. The sea-facing main suite features expansive glazing, terrace access and a freestanding bath positioned to enjoy the ocean outlook. All four bedrooms can be arranged with king beds. Two bedrooms also offer the option of twin single beds on request, providing four to six beds to suit your group. An additional guest toilet brings the total to 4.5 bathrooms.

Living, dining and entertaining

A generous wooden dining table, comfortable lounge, built-in indoor braai and bar area create inviting spaces to spend time together. The equipped kitchen has a central island and coffee machine; a separate laundry area includes washing and drying facilities.

Private terraces and ocean views

Enjoy your own outdoor living spaces and sea views above Herolds Bay. Nearby Herolds Bay Beach, Oubaai Golf and George Airport make the villa a convenient base for a coastal or golfing escape. Beach visits, transport and golf arrangements are separate from your accommodation.

Your privacy comes first

Horizon Residence has its own entrance, accommodation and outdoor spaces. Only the parking courtyard is shared with the neighbouring Ocean Residence. No host is based on site. Kingsgate Houses is available by WhatsApp or email when assistance is needed, with discreet support arranged on request.

Optional housekeeping and additional services can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and an additional charge.
