Experience an exclusive coastal escape above Herolds Bay on the Garden Route. Dolfyn Villas offers two neighbouring self-catering residences with Indian Ocean views, four en-suite bedrooms per villa and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces. Stay in one villa for up to eight guests, or request both for up to sixteen, subject to availability.

Each villa has its own entrance, kitchen, braai facilities and outdoor living areas. Only the parking courtyard is shared. The Ocean Residence has a private swimming pool; confirm your selected villa when requesting a quote.

Ocean Residence: four en-suite bedrooms, sleeps up to eight, ocean views and a private swimming pool.
Horizon Residence: four en-suite bedrooms, sleeps up to eight, ocean views and private outdoor living. This villa does not have a swimming pool.
Both villas: up to sixteen guests across two neighbouring private residences, ideal for extended families travelling together. Availability must be confirmed for both.

Space for a relaxed Garden Route stay

Enjoy equipped kitchens, open-plan living and dining, braai facilities, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, linen and secure parking. Your privacy comes first. Kingsgate Houses is available when assistance is needed, with support arranged discreetly on request. Optional housekeeping and other services can be arranged; confirm inclusions and any additional charges before arrival.

Each four-bedroom villa accommodates up to eight guests. Both villas together accommodate up to sixteen, subject to availability.

Which villa has a private swimming pool?

The Ocean Residence has the private pool. Horizon Residence does not have a swimming pool. Please confirm your selected residence before paying.

Are the villas private?

Yes. Each booked villa has its own private entrance, accommodation and outdoor living areas. Only the parking courtyard is shared between the two villas.

Is Dolfyn Villas suitable for a golf holiday near Oubaai?

Yes. The villas are in Herolds Bay near Oubaai Golf and offer self-catering space for your stay. Tee times, green fees and golf transport are arranged separately.
