Kingswood Estate is a peaceful, family-oriented community, designed as a retreat for those seeking tranquillity and an escape from the hustle and bustle. It’s not an ideal location for rowdy guests. If you’re looking for a serene environment, we would be happy to proceed with your booking once the rules are understood and accepted.

Main Features:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: This newly constructed south-facing residence features four bedrooms. Two spacious rooms have queen beds, while two smaller rooms offer single beds (one extra length). The main bedroom includes a full en-suite bathroom, with the other bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and a separate guest toilet in the hall.

Living Spaces: The open-plan living and dining areas are tastefully furnished and equipped with a large flat-screen TV that provides DSTV, international channels, and streaming services like Netflix, Prime, Disney, HBO, and Box Office.

Outdoor Amenities: Enjoy two indoor braai facilities—one for wood fires and another for gas—along with a Weber for charcoal grilling enthusiasts.

Modern Conveniences: The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, electric oven, and coffee machine, adjoining a convenient scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.

Additional Facilities: An interleading door connects to ample storage space, perfect for luggage, golf clubs, and carts.

Security: The property ensures safety and peace of mind with its secure environment.

Location: Enjoy captivating views of the newly developed portion of the estate and the 4th fairway, providing an immersive experience in the natural surroundings. Wildlife sightings are common, adding to the property's charm. Guests also have easy access to the clubhouse with discounted golf opportunities throughout their stay, excluding peak periods.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire property, ensuring privacy and the freedom to enjoy all the amenities.

If you are rowdy, you will be asked to leave. - Only registered guests are allowed on the estate. - Respect for the neighbours is paramount. - Quiet hours: Between 22:00 - 08:00- Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Interaction:Experience contactless self-check-in at our property. While we won't be physically present, we are always available to assist you in case of emergencies. On the day of your arrival, we will share all the necessary check-in details, add you to a dedicated WhatsApp group for real-time communication, and provide an access token to ensure smooth entry.

Zero Noise Policy: Kingswood Estate is a quiet, family-oriented community. As such, there is a strict ZERO tolerance for excessive noise, especially after hours. This includes loud gatherings, music, or any disturbances that may disrupt the serenity of the estate.

Respect for Neighbours: Guests are expected to be considerate of the estate’s residents and their pets. This means maintaining a calm and respectful atmosphere at all times.

No Rowdy Behaviour: If your stay involves a group or social event, please ensure that your plans align with the estate’s expectations for a tranquil environment. The estate is not suitable for disruptive behaviour, including excessive drinking or large, noisy gatherings.
